All true, but as I’ve cited in other replies, the likelihood of your kid dying in a swimming pool are far, far higher.

Both.

More kids die each year in swimming pool deaths than from accidental firearm accidents, despite there being abut 10 times more guns than pools.

In the article you sent me, it says that 265 kids died in 2015 from accidental firearms deaths.

Nobody’s advocating the kids play with the gun. Jeez.

Of course it’s for real. Swimming pools, trampolines and jungle gyms all pose a much greater risk.

Do you also not let your kid play in homes with swimming pools, or trampolines or jungle gyms?

You’re a doctor, so let’s defer to evidence.

I’d be happy if every gun vanished from America today, but as you pointed out, this gun was likely legally obtained.

You’re expecting lynchings?

You win!

I used to be so repulsed by the idea of Hawaiian that I would’t even try it. Then, I gave it a chance and it’s a revelation.

Point taken, but implying that a Trump presidency is merely a “short term sacrifice” is a bit of a distortion.

Good for him. Sounds like it made him happy.

Excellent analogy. Just like Dane Cook and Madea, this was comedy done very poorly.

Made it through 1.5 paragraphs and had to stop.

“I feel like I can say, without hyperbole, that it is the most incredible athletic feat I have ever seen in a basketball game.”

“This, to me, was the greatest individual athletic feat in a game of basketball that I have ever seen.”

As a Knicks fan, let me assure you there is absolutely nothing appealing about that team and organization.
