He’s not wrong. He’s entitled to hold a wrong-headed opinion. Just as we are all “entitled” to point out to him just how wrong-headed and regressive it is. As someone else has already said here - he could have just kept his mouth shut in the first place. And then he could have kept his mouth shut in the second place.

it was OK for them to break the law because they think fetuses are people”

This may be a bit of a hot take, but the craft beer industry has only themselves to blame.

Normally, I would not. But it had already escaped before I got here, and for perhaps the first time ever actually posed a question that showed more than a single brain cell, instead of their usual racist bullshit. I did think twice about responding, seeing who the OP was, and being quite familiar with their usual

That might be the best response from the Joint Chiefs. Just casually let slip that they are studying the potential closure of Maxwell-Gunter and Fort Rucker and Redstone Arsenal.

To the popo. When you are wrong, there are no “facts”. There is “mistaken identity” ... but there is nothing that resembles a fact supporting her arrest. There may be things you believe to be facts ... but they aren’t.

The Hollywood Reporter link is ... missing.

If they have completed their sentences, and therefore, in the eyes of the law completed their punishment, then yes. That’s the very heart of the ruling, that you can’t sentences someone to 5 years, but then punish them for the rest of their lives by permanently denying them the right to vote.

Could not agree more. I would extend that to any political office. If you want political power, that is an automatic DQ from ever holding it.

If I get a vote, “Pudding Face Karen” seems like a good nickname for this one.

It’s sorta cute how the legal profession keeps up the pretense that anyone still has “confidence in the judicial process” that can possibly be further undermined.

I get it whan a Black woman is the target, but like OP, I fail to see how this is supposed to relate to Christie. It’s like they called him “Chris Mulvaney” or something ... it’s obviously an insult in their eyes, but the logic of why it is is so opaque as to be non-existent.

It was one of my mother’s favorite observations about her less than favorite people.

Just practising for when I go trolling over on Breitbart. Gotta play the game over there on the native’s terms.

But, but, but, songs get released with multiple videos all the time.  What’s the issue again?

I expect the numbskulls on the right - having been lied to for so long that they could pick the truth out of a lineup to save their lives - will already being throwing around “witch hunt” and “deep state” and “censorship” to defend this absolute shit stain of a human being.

Partially because counting on Sinema or Manchin for anything is a fool’s game.

I’m thinking that’s a “you reading into it” situation. I can read that same sentence as two parts. The “coroner ruled it a homicide” and “the family wants justice” without a “because” at the beginning of it.

When your life is a dumpster fire, it takes REAL work to improve things.  Too many people take the easy way out of trying to set other people on fire instead.
