They aren’t. Jan 6th was a one-time thing. He’s called for several protests and marches and shit disturbing events since then, and nothing. The foot soldiers - your middle aged white dudes - have seen 1200 of themselves be sentenced in court ... and now they stay home.

Honestly, to what end? He’s already been found liable, and getting a mistrial now will do absolutely zero to change that. Since this is about damages, the only thing a mistrial will do is open the question again.
