Honestly kinda cringy. She has a very open mic vibe going.

i dont give a fuck about non-people. stop reporting on them.
Nah, those 8 seasons are still the greatest TV show of all time.
Just checking in to make sure everyone was already shitting on this having only seen 30 seconds of it. I’m satisfied. Well done, everyone.
I’m setting low expectations, but I’ll take what I can get.
Huh. I know it’s for a good cause but I don’t want this.
I remember really loving the first two season -then each season after that got a little worse - and I bailed sometime around season 5 or 6. Sitcoms just aren’t mean to go for 11 seasons. I feel like seven seasons should be the max for a sitcom. I can’t think of any offhand that didn’t go longer and have some real dud…
So those two guys were gay the whole time?
You’re taking me too literally; my point is that if you’re starting your Tame Impala review with “I never understood the big fuss over this band; their music always makes me cringe,” you’re obviously bringing that to the table with your first listen.
I know it’s possible for someone to have a much different private persona than that given to the public, but my heart is very much invested in Timothy being exactly as imagined so I’m going to stick with it.
He’s apparently good friends with Conan O’Brien, who also seems like a cool guy, so I’d be prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.
It seems so odd to think of “competing time slots” after some 15 years of owning (well, at least using) a DVR. Nearly all the shows I watch I couldn’t tell you what time they air, or on what network, with a gun to my head.
Ironically those two critics are notorious for being colossal wanks themselves. Sepinwall in particular has always been too full of himself.
Letterman’s later CBS years were mostly lazy. He seemed to be bored of the whole thing by the late 90s.
TBH both Tarantino and Letterman sound bad in this. Letterman’s ‘bit’ sounds like a hacky insult comic’s failed attempt at crowd work.“But you’re hot and he’s ugly,” is such a bad joke it’s not even really a joke; it’s just a lazy, unclever insult. Tarantino’s behavior speaks for itself but I’d expect better of…
It seems like I get more and more offended every time I watch it.
This is just Cats with updated CG. Every week they change it. Next week it’s going to be The Turning.
I keep being amazed that a giant budget Michael Bay film starring Ryan Reynolds exists...and no one seems to care. It seems right, but it’s always weird.
Fantastic movie, and I have to say, I loved the maid (Sophie) subplot, because along the way I realized that the movie tells a story of not two but three remarkable women.
Wow, two sentences is overthinking to you? Good luck with life, bud.
