The M4 is lighter than the c63 by 350+ lbs and lighter than the RC-F and RS5 by 500+lbs. if it was all about HP, the bloated Hellcat would be the fastest car on the roads.

I own a M4 manual and am involved in the community. Most of the DCT owners have the exact same complaints as you list below. Good info there, nice to see it coming from a reliable source.

My car has it. It’s easy to turn it off but I just don’t like modding cars in their first year. I did hear one with the ASD off this past weekend and it did sound different. Better even.

My wife’s company car, a 2015 Ford Escape, costs $34K last year and is a total piece of crap. The Model 3 wont be out for another 2-3 years and hopes to hit the same price point. Why do we as consumers encourage, or even want, this car at that price?

I’m going to start a movement where members must both own a BMW and profess to obey all street laws. Our feeble early numbers would grow from 3 to 8 to 45 to 2500 to every BMW on the road. Within a matter of months the reputation it took us decades and decades to vilify will suddenly be the most well liked driver…
