What Elon Musk built is too small to be used for transportation. It doesn’t have an emergency escape walkway. It doesn’t have emergency exits. It doesn’t have the high speed ventilation system required for use in a fire.

People keep posting the Simpson monorail clip but the one that’s really relevant here is from the stonecutters episode when Homer takes the private underground tunnel (with fine art on the walls) to go around a traffic jam.

He’s a rich guy who comes from money. Of course he doesn’t get public transportation.

It has been done. It’s called a subway, or tube, or metro, or people mover, etc, etc, etc.....

Yes, field replaceable batteries were very convenient in my early ppc and Android phones.  So we're SD card slots and headphone jacks.

The website The News Each Day has a simple tool where you can input your phone number and see if it’s in the leak.”   Because I can always rely on the discretion and security of a website that I’ve never seen before.  Did the FB hackers create this site to pick up the numbers that they missed on the first pass?

Please look at the costs, maximum transmission rates, and (lack of) data caps in countries like Korea, Japan, and much of Europe, and then tell me that high speed at low cost is impossible.

There are a LOT of better ways that have come and gone. It really sucks that our on-the-go options have come down to cords or loosely attached wireless chargers...or the ridiculous idea that “Fast-Charging is so fast, you’ll be back at 80% in JUST 30 minutes.” Yea, bullshit, I want 30-seconds, which used to be

I definitely remember all the not-iPhone stans saying how great it was that their beloved not-iPhone makers would never be so foolish as to do non-removable batteries like those idiots at Apple.

I absolutely had one of these “super batteries” for every phone I could get one for during those days. The battery case is the evolution of this idea, once they sealed up the backs. I mean besides these super batteries, you could just swap in a freshly-charged battery and be 0-100% immediately.

Maybe IATA is scraping mobile boarding pass data and seeing more IOS users than Android, despite Android having a larger percent of market share. That’s the only reason why I would see them going IOS first--an attempt to reach the largest audience who might actually use the app.

This isn’t the CEO of MyPillow talking. Public policy is built on expertise, which is why he was chosen for the position. Often if we were to wait for “solid facts” to make a policy decision, the window for most effective action is as often gone.

A union will make it so drivers will be able to stop at a public restroom and not take a hit to their metrics because of it.

I dunno if I’d go so far as to say it makes you a good person, but I think it’s fine and reasonably unobjectionable. So long as you actually eat it and aren’t just killing for the sake of killing.

I’ll need to re-watch it, but my recollection was that there wasn’t a clear split point at the midway mark. I figure that he could’ve shifted things around a bit to make two halves of roughly the same length in that case. But the cliffhanger is definitely important. Infinity War played it masterfully - it reminded me

We’re AT&T, overselling our service to our customers is our bread and butter.

Just what I wanted in my blockbuster superhero adaption: less color!

A lot of this stuff wasn’t finished when Snyder was unable to continue, and portions of the Snyder Cut are entirely new. Until the tell-all book comes out, I don’t think we’ll know for sure if it would have been possible to just “edit it down” and make a good two-hour theatrical JLA at that point.

And Whedon, at the

Overall, I liked the Snyder Cut. It suffered from Zack Snyder’s excesses and overindulgences, unsurprisingly, but I was entertained. People love to say being better than the theatrical version is “a low bar,” but it’s MUCH better - to the point where instead of being upset HBO spent $70 million to finish the VFX on

Id say hes more of hit and miss kind of guy. I like about half of films he’s made. That epilogue sounds like it’ll kill the movie for me but the rest sounds fine. I agree that he should be done with the DC universe as of now. Its just nice to see his three arcs come to fruition.
