I always loved the VW Saveiro. If Ford developed something comparable they can come TAKE MY MONEY. Manual, please.

Jason,
I slid a full size washing machine in the back. with room to spare.
you cant sit in the trunk or load items like you could have with on a fold down tailgate.
Don’t forget about a proper fold down tailgate that made loading easy and tailgating more fun
and the corolla wasn’t towing around an AWD system, all that glass and heft.
I love elements. Swiss army knife of cars. To this day the most practical car I’ve ever owned. The MPGs and rear doors killed it when the baby arrived. Still we regret trading it in. $6200 is too much for the miles. You won’t find may with low miles - like me, people drive the S out of the. We put 30k on in TWO years.…
I’m in the same boat. The only car I can find that offers this is the Civic SI and no one within a 100 miles has one for sale! :-(
Just like Honda. Want a manual? Be prepared to pay a lot more for a lot less. It makes my blood boil.
I was driving my ‘89 Jeep Cherokee on an undisclosed suburban collector road. This was many years ago, around 1999. I decided to show off for a friend driving behind me. I misspelled “be a moron” as “show off” but it’s too late to go back now. At any rate, I drove through the center of a triangular glass median at the…

I went to a small time dealer with a friend was looking for his first car. We drove an 88 accord with an XXX brand ”Replacement engines” bumper sticker ON THE DASH! I asked when the engine had been replaced. “Na, it’s original” sales guy says. Oh, the prior owner was just a fan of replacement engines, I guess. After…
and that news van. and the news team’s equipment.
Headrests. Where did they go? Unless it’s a Volvo 240.
Wow. that actually looks like a muscle car now.
because the element was purely form following function. The Aztek responded with “form?”
No, the Element had it right. Flat floor. Easy to clean materials. Manual. Removable rear seats that reclined. A fold down tailgate. An SUV made for city dwellers that wanted adventure. A great price. Reliable as a MF. If not for the awful MPGs and the wacky rear doors that killed it for new parents, that thing would…
About damn time.
And clean it. Seriously. I see some ads and the car is full of junk and dirt and instantly I think, this person cares so little for the sale, how neglected is the maintenance?! I’m not saying a full dealership detail is needed, but a thorough 1-hour spent in the car could easily add to the asking price and pay…
