@Subliminal Bukkake: The main issue was that Steve gave Bungie a HUGE part of a keynote. It was where they debuted the first footage of Halo to the world. Microsoft then turned around and bought Bungie from under Apple, pulling a major rug out from under their feet.

You shouldn't worry about a fully "walled garden" app approach ever taking over on the Mac. It would require a complete and total rewrite of the OS X kernel, plus an overhaul of every app development-related tool or program.

@EShy: Well, technically, that does make it the best selling smartphone, not just through Apple's PR-vision. When you say "smartphone", you're talking about the phone itself. Hell, Apple could still probably claim it's the best selling smartphone platform too, taking into account all the iPod touches out there.

My girlfriend is an employee at Teavana, so she's a bit of a tea maven.
