Ease up on import restrictions. Better yet, eliminate them. Allow a citizen to import 1 vehicle per year. I want a Jimny and other vehicles that are not sold in USA.

While there’s a lot of great stuff on car youtube, the BBC’s budget really lets Top Gear go above and beyond in ways no youtube creator ever has.

The YouTube landscape has a lot going on but it’s still fairly fractured, you can’t go to one channel for crazy and sensible, which was part of the Top Gear appeal aside from the hosts. It still seems like there’s room in Netflix or HBOs lineups for a good car review show that could bring together the current state of

I know a lot of people are saying it was the hosts and theres no point in rebooting... which is partially true. But I think the bigger thing that is killing these shows is automotive youtube.

It used to be that Top Gear was the only place you could really go to see people doing something really fun with cars. Now there

More people would buy it than the stupid moar powah version. Which they are only bringing in because they have to dick measure with Audi and Volvo.

Old is not an ethnicity. You may not know this, but all people age. Way to tell on yourself, though.

They simply cannot get enough of these piles o shit.

Each of the Big 3 is in a different position on Hybrids.

The one I have already, and it’s going to the grave with me. BMW M5 (E39). It checks every single box you could ever think of, even reliability !!

This one has just come back to haunt me. At the time of writing, well ten minutes ago, I now have four, yes 4 almost running Aston Martin Lagondas. Someone I have never met just dropped one off a flatbed “ I heard you like these, grandad just died and I thought you might like it” They are all fucking mystery cars, they

Oh, I think I can explain the BMW E28 535i heater mystery.

I think Lamborghini took the designs and ran with them

Lexus’ Structural Blue was that formulated to mimic how Morpho butterfly wings refract light.

Of course, it might not count for this list because it was only sold in Europe

my favorite is the whole lineup of 2010 lotus concept cars

Funny, both of these are GM concepts. It is criminal that none of these were ever close to production, yet we got Celestiq.

Just goes to show you how much of a business genius Elon was at getting Tesla up and running and continuing the way it is today. Whether you like him or not, you cannot deny the major success and accomplishments Elon has done with Tesla especially during that time when literally everybody had wanted Tesla to fail.

Henrik Fisker is a shit business leader. He can design an awesome car, but the business world is more complicated than just making a good product. Making his wife the CFO was an early indicator that Henrik didn’t know what he was doing. His wife is a sharp lady, with some finance background, but she was an investment

I mean, I guess if you consider any company that calls themselves Fisker is almost guaranteed to be run (or at least founded) by Henrik Fisker, then yeah, that is a curse. Dude is just a bad businessman.

This has to be the most cursed car company in history. This is now the SECOND time they have ultimately failed and the second time you can buy one of their cars and potentially be dead in the water with no means to fix them. I saw one of these the other day and almost felt sorry for them.
