I.... Like it?

I think the 5G is the best looking modern Camaro. Especially the 2010 to 2013, as I’m not a huge fan of the “Prelude” taillights on the 14-15. The only 6G I like the styling of is the current base model / LT1. The current SS is by far the worst looking modern Camaro, even if it is also the most capable.

Porsche making record sales and profit on their volume sellers worldwide while simultaneously raising MSRP on all models is so infuriating. I’m about a year or 2 away financially to be able to afford a Cayman GTS(with options) or 911T(minimal options) but they raise the prices in response to dealer markups. Gotta have

As someone within the Aftermarket Aviation Spares industry... No one greenwashes as badly as we do. OEMs are so far behind on making these aircraft recyclable. The interiors are never recycled in the typical manner. The plastics currently cannot be. Even the ‘latest and greatest’ are worse than ever on the planet.

Holy shit, Owen. You’re gonna be here for the death of this place.

759 horsepower is 770 pferdestärke (“metric horsepower”)

Is it a hot take to say that NO car looks better in it’s convertible version?

Yeah, compare sticker prices between now and 2019, you’ll understand what happened. The manufacturers aren’t leaving all that value on the table for the dealers.

As opposed to stop building homes around a race track, idiots doing it anyways, just to complain about it?

I guess I never realized the true mark of a vehicle’s prowess and prestige is replicating a female baboon’s ass in heat on the front end

Now playing

TH made a very good point. This is what happens when BMW wants to make a X8 M70e and the marketing department is like “we have a ‘better’ idea”. It’s slower, more expensive, has less interior space, looks worse, has a worse stereo, etc. than an X5/6 Comp. It’s completely pointless and not in a good way. You could buy

it’s Literally Lipstick on a Pig. There is no way that’s not intentional. BMW is mocking their customers unreal!

For most supercars, I’d agree. However, Murray seems to believe that as much as 80-90% of these cars will get driven with some regularity, and given the ethos of the company and the relative lack of flash and cache these cars have to the general public, I’d be inclined to believe that.

Sad to say, but the horsepower wars are long ended in motorcycling.

Because humans aren’t the only ones producing methane. Everything from decaying vegetation to volcanoes to glaciers to whale farts produce methane, and if its breakdown is prevented, problems will arise even if no one else ever eats a hamburger again.

I love Harry’s Garage, and could watch Harry and G. Murray talk car design for hours. I understand the economics behind it, but when I heard Gordon say he nixed the auto because the only people who were wanting to order the paddle shift had physical issues with pushing a clutch pedal, I cried a little inside. I mean,

Still disappointed in this. I drove the 2022 C300 and was very impressed with the quality feel, it felt much better built and more solid than the last gen. And I’m ok with a 4-cyl in a normal car or a hot compact, but damn I wish they would have kept the sweet V6 or even sweeter I6. Admittedly I’m the kind of guy that

C&D hit 0-60 in 3.8 in their long term M340i, 3.7 in a M340i xdrive. So what about being slower?

and your neighbor who works the store room at walmart somehow owns one

Unless you’re absolutely religious about getting your car on a track regularly, there’s no reason why you should get a supercar with a hardtop.
