As weird as it is (just because I remember when Rubio was drafted and it doesn’t feel like that long ago), based on his comments, I think he needs to be there to be the veteran presence of leadership.

The Warriors have decided to join in the boycott as well, to avoid being tied to another 3-1 situation.

My favourite is still the North Bay Battalion snarl/constipation:

Bad call on Ma Fantod’s part, there.

Nice. When I was 1 or 2, Ma Fantod took myself, who was still young enough to be in a stroller and not know better, and my older brother for a walk. We were on a bridge and my mother had and I started to cry for some reason. My brother had brought his favorite toy and at Ma Fantod’s behest, he gave it to me to see if

My daughter ate her twin in utero. That was hardcore.

So? Rudy Guliani has been dead way longer than two years and he’s about to be Sec of State.

My older cousins, jealous of mrsfinch who was the first child of the favoured son, used my Jolly Jumper as a slingshot (with me in it) until Ma Finch caught them at it.

When I was in kindergarten, shortly after the birth of my brother, I drew a picture. My teacher asked me how she should caption the picture. My suggestion was “We are taking the new baby back to the hospital.” Things kind of went downhill from there, and that was over 40 years ago.

I’m currently in the process of growing a second child and I keep telling myself it’s all going to be worth doing again because I definitely want my child to have a sibling.

Think you mean his son, Ed Glazer. Malcom died in 2014.

Why do you hate America so much? I’m going to call Rudy Guiliani on you...

And if he didn’t vote - that made him part of the problem. I voted in a place that regularly the Dem vote doesn’t get above 15%. We got to 30%. My vote wasn’t wasted though - it was counted nationally as a symbol that more people wanted HRC/Democrats in power than Herr Asshat and his goons.

You leave Richard Whistle out of this, he voted!

“I wonder whether the Buccaneers put pressure on Evans to apologize...”

The people fetishizing the national anthem are causing me to lose whatever respect I had for it in the first place. If your barometer on patriotism is whether or not you stand for a fucking song then maybe you just don’t understand the point behind America in the first place.

Sitting during the national anthem requires no apology to the military or veterans.

All Muslims know each other of course.

Or that the hijab-wearing person appears to be conducting a criminal interrogation and actively denying a suspect’s right to an attorney?
