Yeah, but being an OSU alum he endorsed Michigan as “the worst place I’ve ever competed.”
Actually, there is a way to fix this without sacrificing what you would consider a “normal childhood.” Just ask Tom Byer: https://www.si.com/soccer/2017/10/26/tom-byer-us-soccer-pilot-program-seattle-sounders-japan-china
Jalopnik did it better:

Only if by “Group of Death” you mean people Deadspin would like to die. The choice is an obvious one if you give a damn about racial slurs being used as team names.
I only need one word to counter you, but I’m not going to type it out because it’s a slur that’s being used as a name for Dan Snyders team.
*whispers* Actually Kroenke himself owns teams in three sports and his wife owns the Avalanche and the Nuggets, but none of his means shit since none of his teams have a racial slur for a name.
I really wanted to vote for Kroenke, but at the end of the day, only one of these people owns a team with a racial slur for a name.
All the more reason it was a bullshit idea and not even close to being comparable to RSNs.
except that no one pays $50 a month for a single team in any sport today. The streaming services set up by the leagues run between $12-$70 a month for every team, and all but the NFL range from $12-$30 per month for every game from every team and it gets even cheaper if you only watch one team. So yeah, the author of…
What is the point you’re trying to make here? That sports should be on broadcast television? That it’s unreasonable to pay $5/month to watch NBA, NHL, MLB, and NCAA games on a regional sports net (and that charging fans $50/month for a single team is somehow more reasonable?) I mean honestly what’s your argument here?…
Is your argument that people who make money on the sports teams they own are bad people? Because if so that’s a painfully stupid argument.
No one in Wisconsin (outside of maybe Kenosha) is paying for Chicago’s RSN. They have their own. Same thing for Indiana outside of the Gary/Munster/Valpo region. And even so, those same communities were also getting charged $50/Month for Hawks home games so that’s a really dumb argument to make.
...Because she dresses like a fancy witch?
You had a star from me right up until you failed to realize that there is no goalie guarding an empty net.
It’s OK, the Cincy deal is actually worse what with it being minor league soccer in the US and all.
The only correct answer here is FC Cincinnati trying to bilk Cincy (AKA The Shit Queen City) for stadium funds. That city ALREADY is locked into an all-time bad deal with the definition of mediocrity - the Bengals. Now they want the city to fund a stadium for a soccer team that ISN’T EVEN IN MLS (not that the team…
