No - they obviously shouldn’t have been served 7 margaritas. It bothers me that the bartender was complicit. I just think - if they had been shooting heroin instead of drinking, I personally would be upset if the bartender wasn’t also arrested for dealing after calling the cops and getting them arrested for using.

What’s douche about it is that they were willingly served, and then the bartender nailed them for a $10,000 DUI, suspended licenses, and a world of hurt, because they didn’t tip $10. If you’re gonna be morally outraged, then stop serving them. Otherwise, you’re exacting revenge all out of proportion to the offense.
