Perk cards for hacking bonuses? Is hacking in Fallout 76 different than in FO3, FNV & FO4? Hacking is easy in all of those (if you know the parenthesis/bracket trick).

Because the ammunition I use for my Type 99 Arisaka has “7.7JAP” stamped on the bullet casing. As such, it is most often referred to as “7.7JAP”.
