EA wont even let a mod team that I am part of move / update to a new engine due to using an IP of their (that they dont do anything with...well anything good) without threatening to be hit with a cease and desist.

Battlefield needs to take some pointers from good ole Command and Conquer Renegade to add in actual base awareness / usage.
Gather money to buy infantry and vehicle upgrade given you still control base structures required to make such purchases.

Modding...all fun and games (and great learning) until you go beyond the IP owner and get slapped with a cease and desist.

IF you want to play in the NFL....beat your spouse...but dont smoke weed :O
