For some cheaters, I imagine part of the thrill is getting away with something. They want their primary partners exclusive to them, but to be able to fuck people on the side.

I call it a Cosby complex
7 =/= teen
But yes, she should have a lot of free time, because she is 7.
She told her 7-year-old daughter to spend less time putting on make-up. Please tell me what woman she was judging with her statement.
Okay, it took a lot of scrolling but I finally found a sane person here.
(Hollywood) Movies aren’t made for the majority of the world. Movies are made for the people who go to the movies/purchase Blu-rays.
You forgot about James Hong.
I’d appreciate it if you could expound on this.
I feel people don’t factor in the added height of a jump needed to do a 2-handed dunk and how big your hands have to be to palm a basketball. If you change it to “can dunk if we glue it to your hand” then I’d easily give it to dunk. But people don’t seem to know about the shocking power old farts in men’s baseball…
My 6'4" roommate who played basketball in high school can’t dunk would agree with being vertically challenged. But as a former 5'11" pitcher that still plays slow pitch softball, I feel pretty confident I could get lucky and wrap a foul pole.
Oh sure, I view that as a separate conversation for the best way to obtain/maintain a caloric deficit, which will have some variance person-to-person. I think this has a tendency to turn into a typical “talking past each other” internet argument. Somehow I haven’t seen Godwin’s law come up yet, though.
It sounds to me like when you overeat while doing keto, you managed to keep it pretty minor, like an extra helping here and there, but nothing serious. When you overate before, you basically were filming personal episodes of Man vs. Food. It sounds like the satiety you felt on a keto diet helped better manage your…
Ah gotcha. These conversations always seem to have moving goal posts, or maybe I assume more/less than I should be. I kind of assumed there was an implicit understanding that how different macros affect the body will play into your CICO, considering if you take it to the extremes of 100% of a single macro, it’s…
I think we’re on the same page then. I just find these conversations troubling because people have a tendency to constantly move the goal posts. I always considered CICO to also include your macro breakdown, but maybe that’s an inaccurate assumption.
Columbus, Ohio, actually. I’d assumed most large grocery store chains (as I said, I shop at Kroger) had impressive enough distribution networks that costs weren’t necessarily regionally but moreso related to general cost-of-living for the area. I bought avocados for about $1.50 each last week and they’ll occasionally…
If you aren’t losing weigh, then you’re not a calorie deficit, you just think you are. Your metabolism may have slowed, your workout may not be as taxing as it used to because your body has adapted, doesn’t matter, you’re now burning less calories than you used to and are no longer at a deficit.
Like the other two people who’ve spoken up about the “calorie deficit” thing, in the course of losing 35 lbs, I plateaued twice.
The other 46lbs was due to keto, and yeah I went over my calories frequently but I never broke out of ketosis and didn’t feel hungry.
Only about 5% of people employed have 2 full-time jobs
