And how does Kathy Griffin holding up a fake disembodied head of the president help liberals win elections? You can call someone out for doing something stupid (see: Snoop Dogg making a music video featuring him killing Trump) without... I seriously don’t know what you lose for doing that actually.

“Mazara went to first, but after a replay review, Kimbrel was awarded the strikeout. He went on to strike out the next three batters to close out the victory and put Boston’s pitching staff in the record books.”

What the hell were they reviewing if they ruled it a strikeout and the batter was not then out? If the

Sorry, I guess I wasn’t clear but I meant that I initially assumed it was right wing before actually giving it a look at realizing it wasn’t.

Agree on blaming her part, disagree on assuming it’s irrelevant because it happened in his past, considering the whole discussion is about his past

Possibly The Hill, at least for a time, as Trump frequently tweeted out their headlines about the polls. I hadn’t come across it prior to the election, so I actually assumed it must be right-wing if Trump was tweeting it. But I guess his supporters probably did the opposite of me and stopped reading it once they

“He intuitively grasped that the way to win as a nationalist was to promise not just to punish designated out-groups but also to provide for the in-group.”

This. Every time I hear anyone question or give an explanation as to how Trump won, I always feel like they overcomplicate the whole thing as it really just

Based on interviews with comedians I’ve heard, Netflix has a pretty hands-off approach with their specials and basically just let’s the comedians do what they want. I feel like this approach helps them turn comedy specials out quickly and shouldn’t take away from all of the other shows.

I enjoyed the special as a whole, but Hasan is always so excited and hyper in his humor that the parts where he got serious were a weird contrast that I sort of like (because the lows feel extra low when you’re coming off a high) but at the same sort of took me out of it when he’d be transitioning back to humor. But

My frustration with load times is inversely proportional to my need to get another beer.

Wasn’t comparing your views at all, just was laughing at your response when you and one of the other commentors were getting into a petty back-and-forth that devolved into a:
“You’re stupid”
“No, you’re stupid”

You basically said you’d win in the hypothetical because he’s dumb and you’re smart, which was basically

“I think preventing the ownership of guns is a violation of the second amendment. And the second amendment stems from natural rights, and I don’t feel it is my place to interfere.”

Although the world was also a simpler, less complicated place. The government may have grown by more than the founders have anticipated but so has the world. Not to say the growth is proportional or all necessary, just that the government would have to grow.

You disagreeing on what those duties are nor how they fulfill them doesn’t make those taxes “theft.” If it’s something blatantly unconstitutional, then you could argue they stole from you once the law gets overturned, I guess. But I’d say that would require it to be proven unconstitutional and until then you’re just

“How so?”
I’m not sure which of my comments to your comments this was to. Assuming it was to me being baffled by you being okay with selling firearms to people that could be considered “dangerous.”
I’m not sure what exactly the “non-aggression principle” is but I’m going with something to the affect of “you can do

You can only get so close to sounding like Trump before you turn orange, so I understand you avoiding it.

Emphasis was on “only seeing a doctor twice in the last 3 years.” If you go so rarely, why not opt-out of insurance and pay the fine. It’d probably be cheaper, since you rarely go to the doctor. But if something serious comes up, you’ll be happy you had it.

Counterpoint: elastic clause

“My premiums have gone up significantly, despite the fact that I have seen a doctor twice in the last 3 years, both times for a sinus infection that took all of 10 minutes.”

Yes, that’s how insurance works.

You consent to taxation when you chose to live in a country that taxes it’s citizens.
