Yes, though this is the first timed edition he’s done (that I’m aware of), and with no quantity limits, it’s unlikely they go up a ton in value. The variant, however, will likely see appreciation on par with his Total Recall poster (which can rarely be had for <$1000 nowadays).

I love the poster, even without Arnold making the cut. The T-800 is so prominently featured and I’ll never complain about that. I just managed to snag one of the variants 30 minutes ago, so it’s extra sweet :)

The answer is that people in this country in general are much more comfortable with massive debt for a depreciating asset than people in other countries are. I have the same thought as you whenever I see a $70k pickup truck on the road (which is very often).

Agreed - the art of creating a good party, and how much acuity it required to help your party be successful, and the inability to pull yourself away and go to bed once the party’s in an XP groove. All of this was a critical part of the game for me.

Man, this. So much this. Also my introductory (and only) MMORPG. I have so many fond, cherished memories from FFXI and to this day, I’ll occasionally sit back and reminisce. I also played it shortly after its US release and it was significantly more difficult back then (imo) compared to now. You were competing with Read more

Understand your point w.r.t. The Abyss not seeing any sort of restoration/remaster, but I would disagree that this means time has forgotten it. It’s literally on at least one streaming service almost constantly (ex. HBO) and even gets regular airtime on their cable channels. If anything, this makes it even more Read more

Actually, all the lower paid people will live 1-2 counties away. Travis County is where Westlake, Old Enfield, Lakeway, Lake Austin, etc. are located. If you’re monied in the Austin area, you live in Travis county.

I’d agree with the DF choice. Related brag - I grew up a few miles from Skywalker Ranch in Lucas Valley (Marin county) and back then, Lucasarts used to have a huge pavilion at the Marin County Fair each year, and would often showcase new games. I still remember the year I got to play Dark Forces at the fair and was Read more

Right? Once you switch to a bidet, the thought of putting your hand an inch away from a feces-encrusted butthole becomes horrifying.

Yes, 100%. I’m a prolific pooper and have never once had to supplement the Toto Washlet with TP.

Came here to say the same thing. I forget the exact stat, but some insanely high % of households in Japan have at least one bidet toilet seat (Toto Washlet, usually). We were recently in Japan for the first time and after experiencing the wonders of the Toto Washlet, installed one in our own house. Someone else made Read more
