Yeah, the writers have become insufferable here, using their columns as an opportunity to push their own political leanings on the readership. What ever happened to just writing about the cars?
Yeah, let’s be honest, many workers are taking the Metro, like they were before they were allowed to work remotely. To your point, there’s a station right near the Navy Yard.
So are we just going to ignore the (relatively) good Metro system with multiple stops in and around DC? I mean, yeah, the parking’s probably an issue, but there are numerous Metro stations located in the various suburbs in Maryland and VA where many federal employees live so let’s not act like all 17,000 employees are…
Came here to say RS6 Avant.
Isn’t this the same “blog” that bemoans cars all looking the same these days?
The Model 3 was the biggest disappointment in the Sunshine State, with deliveries dripping 36 percent over the course of 2024.
Wouldn’t your time be better served monetizing this bad take on X, along with your fellow nitwits?
Truly shocked that a CT owner encountered brazen hostility in BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA.
I said I wouldn’t speculate but your theory makes sense. My mind also went to the pilot maybe misjudging the distance and speed of the aircraft, and believing they could make it through the approach path in time vs. waiting until it had passed, much like a car that misjudges an oncoming train’s speed/distance and…
So, despite your clickbaity headline, it sounds like they haven’t even gone through the full process yet, as Norwegian’s insurer did not, in fact, say they won’t cover it, but rather, that they would only cover it after the passenger attempted to get his primary medical insurance to cover it. Unless I’m…
I’m not sure if this was meant as a joke, but as I said, I don’t have an opinion as to what happened and plan to wait for the NTSB’s findings. r/aviation is probably the best source of objective, non-sensationalized information about this type of incident and in the case of what I mentioned, you can literally go…
The ATC recording and transcript was shared within the hour on r/aviation and the tower can be heard instructing the helicopter to maintain visual separation and proceed behind the aircraft. Clearly, that didn’t happen, but as to why, we’ll have to defer to the experts to sort through the mess.
What a non-story; crashes are not unusual during testing, particularly when the driver isn’t as familiar with the car yet.
Right? He could’ve just invested the money in almost any index fund and made out like a bandit.
TIL these models exist!
That’s too bad because I’d love to see the look on the ride operator’s face when you hand them $2,304 and tell them to “keep it running.”
Little disappointed that the only NA engine option is just the stock Ford 5.0L.
I assume /s, but to be fair, their rationale for merely dipping their toes in the BEV pool was not “hydrogen is the future” so much as “we think most Americans would buy a PHEV/other hybrid before a BEV” and, well, it seems to have been a good decision.
