A CRX was used in early NSX engine development testing .They made a mid engine version to test engine placement and it’s effects on handling dynamics etc............ I miss the old Honda Co.

when I worked for Alpine, as of 2005 that car (or a replica) was on display in the lobby of their Iwaki HQ.

Actually, that was the Mercedes CLR. The CLK-LM looked more boxy, like the CLK-GTR road car.

CLK-LM

It wasn’t a total failure, but it certainly didn’t live up to expectations.

More interesting than it was failed (11th overall), but the Cunningham “Le Monstre” was a facinating one of a kind beast. It was mostly just a stock Cadillac sedan with a sports car body.

The answer is always Bisluro.

I truly felt like this was directed by Michael Bay and while it had the constant sexual humor down pat it clearly needed more explosions for it to fool anyone.

It’s student driver season!

Always be on the lookout...for student drivers.

I giggled at “Handy fire extinguisher.”

Stay off race course, people! This guy was lucky.

This reminds me of the typical WRC spectator, no regard for their own lives until someone gets hit then it’s the sport that’s too dangerous. This is why racing gets a bad rep, also why there are more and more strict rules governing where people can stand. Which I’m all for considering the large number of dumbasses

More like guy runs onto live track.

This is the 1.8L engine from the Civic, the rest of the world gets the Fit's 1.5L motor. The HRV's chassis is based on the Fit. Only one inevitable conclusion: Honda has the means to drop this engine into the Fit. Call it the Fit Si.

Astonishingly, the CR-V hasn't actually grown all that much. I suspect a lot of the perception is an optical illusion created by chunkier styling, smaller windows, and the fact that its just generally heavier.
