There are always two slots on the list that are filled with whatever's popular now. This one has Game of Thrones and Hunger Games. Ten years ago, those slots would have been Wheel of Time and American Gods. Thirty years ago, the slots would have been McCaffrey's Pern books and Card's Ender series.
