In Australia, a public park is a public park. You’ll only be moved on if you’re actually doing something. In this case, keeping thousands of people awake in the middle of a weeknight.

I’ve seen plenty of anime where the premise is dark and sadistic. There’s plenty of anime where schoolgirls or boys kill people. Ever seen Deadman Wonderland? That’s young kids killing people in super gruesome ways for the entertainment of normal people.
