Are you sure sugru wouldn't work better for this?

I agree. I once had about 5 feet of fiber coming out of the tailpipe. I pulled over at a gas station to ask if they knew what it was and the person answered in all seriousness, "Maybe a squirrel got stuck in there or someone put a wig in your tailpipe." Um no.

Now playing

Eh. They've been doing crop art since 1965 - this year's entries were pretty impressive at the Minnesota State Fair. I'm sure some of them use computers, but not all.

It says the new layout in the next few days, but does that mean the rest of the functionality comes with it?

According to the chart lower down on the site, us Minnesotans had 87" last season. This season we're only supposed to get 56," so it's actually an improvement.

Er - don't try with that one either. MN Driver's license look like this now.

This may sound weird, but I didn't realize until watching this trailer that I perceived every other animated film as taking place in a miniature universe. This seemed more life size somehow.

I am going to be replacing my MyTouch3g phone soon and am curious of I could turn this aging android into a pseudo iPod Touch. Has anyone tried this and what ROM did you put on it?

I've thought about that, except the flips don't have ac adapters and don't work with any of the other devices' adapters that I have tried yet. I should probably also have mentioned that this is for our library which has 20 flips being checked in and out regularly so the trickle charge thing is a problem. I might

But it doesn't:( My flips say "low powered usb" and only works if I also have the hub plugged into a computer. Unfortunately there isn't a computer near where I need to charge them.

Does anyone know of a usb hub/strip that would charge multiple Flips/iPads/Kindles without being plugged into a computer? I can't seem to figure out the power specifications for these devices and I have had particular troubles with the iPads and the Flips.

[www.wordle.net] You can't really control the design as much but if your looking for something quick and dirty.

I have a T-mobile/AT&T related question. My T-mobile contract is up in August but I can renew in June. With the possible buyout in mind, is it better to wait as long as possible to renew/get a new phone or renew earlier?

Read on - someone has seen the meteorites "McSween has studied one of the meteorites cited — the one that fell to France in 1864. He said it was in "atrocious" condition at a Paris Museum with noticeable contamination. There was a vein in the rock that hadn't been there in old photographs, a sign of creeping moisture.

@branchedout: For shorter long rides such as that I usually like listening to a children's book. You can get through the whole thing, you don't necessarily need to pay close attention to get the plot and a lot of them have entertaining narration. I especially like Roald Dahl or Neil Gaiman.

@lalov1: Roku! They are only about 60 bucks and you can also stream Pandora among many other useless channels. We recently tried Hulu plus and it is utter crap, not worth the extra $8 a month.

@RGLarson: I'm the same way. I grew up in IL and moved to Minnesota and just recently found out they are paid normal minimum wage. That makes me not want to tip much as I don't believe their job is that much more difficult than other minimum wage jobs but Minnesota Nice has got to me.

@emrichar: It mostly seems to be normal word documents - the font looks normal, all Times New Roman (I've tried select all to make sure). We have around 75 computers in our lab it has happened on several of them.
