I've had a beast of a semester as tech support in our university library and am now flummoxed by our most recent problem.

@chris0089: My local Best Buy recycles. Also check your city page. Some have special ewaste days.

@AlexJAnder: I've always had the most success starting conversations with strangers by commenting on the location/activity you are currently participating in.

We use Google Voice in our library to answer text questions so texting only. Personally, I don't use google voice as my primary number as I'm on a family plan. Unless I'm giving the number out to people I don't know. It's like the hotmail of phone services for me.

@Mr-Supes: I understand that you are making a generalization, it just bothers me when people assume it applies to every female. I am a female tech support who shares an office with a non tech support male librarian. People ALWAYS address him first despite the fact that my desk is closest and then I have to prove

@iamnotafish: You can marinate it in liquid smoke. I just tried it last night and it wasn't too bad.

@Phoshi: Yes, but you only have 6 episodes in a series so taking a break is a little more ridiculous.

I would want that for the sole reason of not being shocked repeatedly by my metal mac keyboard. I hate winter.

Aol may have gained a period, but has it gained a purpose?

I've used it before at conferences to dialog with other participants during talks and sessions, but never on a daily basis. #twitter

@jupiterthunder: Correct - my car was just parked on the street - his was parked a block away and it rolled across a parking lot, around a ditch and hit my car. #insurance

The weirdest accident I have never been in. Both vehicles were unmanned so at least the only casualty was my car. #insurance

I'm also hoping it will still be free, but that seems unlikely.

@whiteflea: I'm doing the same - leaving verizon and joining a T-Mobile. I'm tempted to hold out and see if any of the better Android phones (Hero/Galaxy) end up on T-Mob but I REALLY hate verizon.

@amcglamry: Some stores do donate directly and take the tax break. Target does this in our area. They also donate their test merchandise that doesn't make it to the store.

@TheFu: I don't drink coffee either, but I found out that our local starbucks packages old grounds for people to take.

No undo? er...that's not going to work well for me...

I always get excited about free food...then I realize it's never anything in the midwest.
