really, you get charged $15 for not having any other services. I did not know that, but it seems at 2:00am every morning my internet goes down, and don't let me start on their cable service.

I'm not sure, but it may be possible to insert that plug into the bottom outlet. But by doing so you lose the aesthetics, but instead gain two usb ports while keeping the same number of outlets.
