I own an FR-S and yes. I would. I just wouldn't take much clothes with me.

100k liability?! I'm in Newfoundland, Canada and the norm here is 1 million liability. Minimum required by law is 250k but if you ever cause an accident that ruins someone's career you'll be on the hook for a lot more than 250k.
You don't think - only read notes.
This story is mainly to highlight that they have now increased the power again by increasing boost from 4psi (original story) to 10psi (now). The rest of the info there is simply for people who didn't see it the first time around and to give some context.
You're right. You know what else is bad? Fire. If the first caveman to start a fire didn't do so we wouldn't have damaged our environment so much. Lets stop using fire.
You're right. I guess there should probably be a news story every time some money is wasted in a small town. It really is a big deal and rarely happens.
You really need to relax. Who really gives a shit if someone wants to park their car in your driveway to snap a picture?
I would have done the same thing. Nothing wrong with messing around sometimes when there's no harm done. :)
I'm sure the front subframe will just turn to dust anyway, so the engine falling out is inevitable.
Will you be coming back to Targa NL this year?
I'm pretty confident that all cars manufactured now have an "overdrive" gear. It may not be called that but there will almost always be a gear with a ratio 0.6-0.9.
lolz you got it backwards. /thatguy
Owning the place doesn't make you less of an asshole for doing it.
Can Am
No turbo. Roots blower or GTFAC. A turbo has too much lag, and not enough precision. Roots blower is not perfect in these areas, but they are better than turbos.
first, I'll admit I'm biased (I own one). A turbo would ruin what the car is all about. The throttle response of an NA cannot be beat and putting a turbo on there would only introduce lag. (I'm not talking about what RPM it spools at, I'm talking about the time it take full boost to hit when you hit the gas).
It's likely that the nut is rusted to the wheel, and not the stud. In this case the longest bar you've got will do this trick with minimal risk of shearing off the wheel stud.
I navigated a rally (Targa NL) last september, and I can confirm that it's tangly when you think about it. However, you don't think. Only watch rally meter, and read instructions. You don't have time for anything else. :)
Come to Targa Newfoundland!
