The v8 will never completely disappear out of those cars. Plus I would really love to see the actual fuel savings between the turbo 4 and the v6. Just because it says EcoBoost doesn't mean it has tremendous fuel savings. The F150s are proof of that concept.

I will agree with you on the fact that a lot of cars have followed this trend but in the muscle car group it's been v8s all the way. Yeah there may be a slight drop in v8 sales but it will not at all be a dramatic drop. At least on the American market side of things.

I honestly don't get why safety regulations are put on Grey Market cars because truthfully the only person affected by the lack of safety equipment is the driver. Who, in all honesty, should know what they are getting into if they order a grey market car

Ok. So now all of this has got me wondering what my truck will actually be able to pull. It says my 5.0L can pull around 9300lbs.

Come down to Texas, and see the river of trucks and SUVs! All joking aside I love my truck as a daily driver it's practical, hauls quite a few people and a ton of stuff in the bed (literally), and for some reason it's just fun to drive.

You are not kidding. I feel like 75% of these and most other pickups are used as road queens

TCS is always nice to have, like yourself it has saved my ass numerous times.

My guess is that it may be for reasons you don't want explained to you, simply for fear of ending up as the seventh guy in the trunk.

However it would be fun to rent police cars out for practical jokes.

History lesson:

Man I've been looking for a white fx4 grille for a 2009-14 f150 to swap out for my chrome one. If you or anyone else know someone that has one to sell let me know!

Touché salesman... Touché

Finally someone actually gives a decent explanation. I know they're hard as hell to work on I've tried to my self, however the half-tons are no where near as difficult. For me a ford 1/2 ton is the way to go but diesel-wise a Ram 2500 or 3500, with a cummins of course, is the better option. I just wanted to see if you

Put some sunglasses on, have the who start playing, and a cut scene of Miami pop up, and you've got yourself a great opening one liner right there!

And in what ways does it suck? Please, I am intrigued to hear your version on how it sucks...

Yeah, Mate's got a point. Jeep owners are some of the nicest people who I've talked to in person. Yeah, they'll take a jab at the fact that I own a truck not a jeep, but people do that from time to time.

I have to agree with pumpedsump, aside from true jeep owners, saab owners are great people. Hell, everyone I have met with a saab was willing to help me when I had a question about mine or when I needed advice on finding parts. It is truly a great group of people.

Please, for the love of god, tell me you are being sarcastic, as well as the other guy. Not saying what he did was right, I will agree it was very dangerous. But, if you are serious please... Please tell me *ahem* HOW IN THE FUCK HE IS A SOCIOPATH I see this used so often where it shouldn't be by people who think that

Or better yet they might dye your white car pink, assuming your car is white, with hot pink sticky notes in the rain. Don't ask how I know it just came from experience.
