I addressed this in an earlier post but yeah, that seems to be the case. I’m surprised that laws that create dealer plates have almost no rules on their use. I looked the rules in my state and they seem to say what you can and can’t do with them but nothing about requiring them to be on a vehicle if it leaves the lot.…

I assumed (probably wrongly) that any law or regulation that creates demo plates would have enforceable rules but not surprised if they don’t.

If the cops are so concerned why don’t they talk to the DA and have them file charges against the dealer?
