Yes. We have dozens of friends all over the island and are trying to find out when we can fly down to help out, but they can’t even tell us how we could get to them from the airport or what resources are available to do so. Several of them have had to rely on us to provide them with telephone numbers for gas stations…
I don’t know. I know that one of my friends texted last night to say that he spent 4 hours in line at one of the few facilities open to procure 20 gallons of gas (the limit at the one he was at) for his generator. There were gunfights breaking out at that location over fuel the night before. :(
Generators; few and far between and of course everyone is running low on fuel at this point.
