Exactly what I was thinking! Bobby actually manages to make her seem likeable - and since she is currently my least favorite Kard/Jen IRL, that’s quite a feat.
I don’t find a thing wrong with that parenting moment and in fact quite admire it; you taught them a very important life lesson about delaying gratification. Mine are all teenagers now, but I will definitely try that trick with my future grandchildren for travel purposes!

Of course they don’t. I just happen to be of the mindset that I prefer to have any and all information from the people closest to me that potentially affects my life. I don’t require others to adhere to that opinion and I expect others not to try to convince me to adhere to theirs.
