Slightly personal question, but how did you go about finding and picking a therapist? I made the decision to see one last summer, but the search for one seems so daunting.

Try Meetup.com. It gets me out of the house.
I almost feel bad for them. It’s like their system worked out too well. Which, morally-Yay! But financially, not so much.
Haha, I mentioned that as well-many people learned what they needed and stopped paying (like me). I still eat the same stuff, I just go for the fruits and veggies (0 points!) more often now. Worked so far.
A lot of the former Weight Watchers I know still use the method, they just aren’t paying for it anymore. Could that be it?
True, but I can decrease the amount I’m using at least.
And that’s a habit I’ll be more careful of now. I was always taught deodorant can go anywhere sweat usually pops up (between legs, underarms, and under boobs).
They had pretty good reason to put the kibbosh on solo door to door sales though. Too many girl and boy scouts were getting attacked/robbed.
The vegan thin mints are $5 in NYC, everything else is still $4.
She is really starting to grow on me. I might have to check out her book. Over the past few years, I’ve liked hearing what she has to say.
It took me a while to get that, but the judge’s “commercially reasonable” quip is what made me miss her reasoning on my first read-she could have worded that better.
This takes me back to my deb ball ten years ago, only the dads and escorts had to wear black suits. I still have the (wedding) dress in my closet at my parents’ house.
And to add to the talking it out part, I know of some schools who have started making the behavior specialists into “success coaches” where they have to check in with struggling students regularly. It works out really well when the kids have someone in the building who they know gives a damn about them as a person as…
Shouldn’t have pissed off Lisa if she wanted that to happen.
Even the dog has a damn contract (for either this show or RHOBV)-I would gladly take businesswoman lessons from Lisa.
I want to like Stassi, but then I keep going back to her whole “I’m 23 and I know what type of relationship I want” comment and I can’t.
I rewatched Vanderpump rules over the holidays and I though Stassi was trying to get a Whitney Port and get her own spinoff. It seems like she pissed off a few too many people though.
So I’ve worked in a few schools who have structures like these and they work well when the social workers, behavior specialists, and the administration are on the same page. It’s true that a behavior specialist’s usual job involves discipline, but the good ones know which kids need the tough love, which ones just need…
Ugh, that’s the position I’m in right now: savings account vs. paying down loans quicker. I chose savings account, but that’s because the things that my loans would affect (i.e. trying to get a mortgage) are things I don’t plan on for a while and I’d rather have an emergency fund.
You have more patience than me.
