I have an irrational fear of having this. My grandmother had it but it was centered on her arms and legs and I have a few discoloration spots on my legs, but since they haven’t gotten any bigger in recent years I’ve calmed a little bit.

I agree. There’s a small number of people in this world that I legitimately hate. It takes too much energy to hate someone you don’t know, especially if they haven’t done something horrible. I’ll judge the shit out of someone though. Nobody’s perfect.

This happens far too often in Hollywood. It’s why Anne Hathaway had to wait for Les Miz to get hers.

WHAT???????? Go Daya! I figured it was a Gilmore Girls-esque age situation with them based on the way they act on each other, but I did not know Daya’s actress was that much older than the character.

And I hate saying it, because I love JLaw, and I think she’s a great actress, but I saw the trailer and thought David, honey, no.

I’m not saying this movie will be bad, but I can’t buy JLaw as a mother of 3. I know 20 something mothers of 3 exist, but I can’t see the maternal factor in Lawrence though. I still see big sister.

First world problem coming up: I live in NYC, but in one of the less “attractive” boroughs and getting restaurants to live in my area is like pulling teeth. I can walk to a “popular” borough in less than 10 minutes, but none of the restaurants there will deliver to me. :(

When I was in Boston, we had CampusFood.com and it was the shit. They delivered to almost every campus, the restaurants updated their menus constantly so you always knew the specials, and they had a Facebook game where you could play and earn vouchers to be put towards any order done through the site. IT WAS AMAZING.

Worked for Joanne Rowling (J.K. Rowling-Harry Potter) and Susan Hinton (S.E. Hinton-The Outsiders).

Yeah, I’m going to wait for some reporter to do some investigating and here about all the shit they’ve covered up over the years. Three scandals involving violent crimes from your players in the past 3 years is going to start bring some stuff out of the woodwork. That athletic department’s PR and legal teams better be

What??? How can you like Sweet Tea and iced tea? They’re two different things?!?!?

Or worse, iced tea. Yuck.

Many of us do. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Still doesn’t explain how he’s going to manage his laundry though.

I was thinking the same thing. How is this kid going to get through college when he’s never even had to charge his own phone? Is he going to be the kid that needs his roommate to teach him how to do his laundry?

Oh no, I’m speaking from personal experience of removing braids. After the disaster of the first braid removal, my Mom and I just learned to set aside a whole half day for it because I couldn’t sit for that long and needed breaks. As I got older, I just got styles that required fewer braids.

So as a black female, who is expected to constantly educate people about my race and our history in America gets exhausting if you have to do it all the time. It’s not my job. So I get where she’s coming from. It’s one thing to ask her more interesting questions, but it’s another thing to ask her to share opinions on

It does.

This really is some next level shit right here. There’s a large difference between braiding a girl’s hair and taking out the fake hair used for braids. Even my mom tore my scalp up the first time she removed them. Kudos to him-especially since being white and male he had probably not been around black hair.

My Dad had started losing his hair a few years before my oldest brother was born, so by the time I came around he was bald. When I was little I didn’t let him anywhere near my head because in my kiddy mind he’d clearly done something wrong with his hair if he didn’t have any left.
