These trucks aren’t meant for long haul, so fast battery swapping isn’t really the point. These trucks are being pitched specifically at cities that deal with lots of short haul and delivery trucking, which is pretty much every major city with a port/large distribution industry.

i, too, hate the things that are good and prefer the things that are bad.

Nobody is optimistic about the track, we are optimistic that it will be a complete disaster. And not a disaster like stage racing, disaster in a fun way.

He’s not wrong, IndyCar is scary and dangerous on the ovals. Tiny mistakes could mean disaster, and there is zero time at 240mph for second guessing. To win, you gotta be all in at all times... and thats part of the reasons its compelling

lol what an awful take

Portland is well known enough to not be just some “track that apparently needs some upgrading”, cmon. Of course... it IS a track that needs some upgrading, and thats what the hold-up has been for readding it to the schedule.

I’m pretty sure the IndyCars teams would revolt if they took away the break that week, after their brutal spring string of races. Theres a lot of that goes into making a schedule.

Thats fair, I should have specified.

Manufacturing isn’t “coming back” to anywhere that’s lost it in any meaningful way.

“Wow this is a bad take, I bet this guy is trash.”
*scrolls down*
“Oh, yup.”

i love this shitty argument of “our government is broken so people shouldnt bother wanting things to be better”

lol god i love this shitty take

Not anymore.

Seeing them side-by-side makes me appreciate the understated lines and beautiful simplicity of the Integra even more. I hated the bug-eyes at the time, but it looks downright stoic compared to the hideous beasts the Big 2 in Japan have been cranking out lately, the new Civic chief among them.

Alonso has become by far my fav F1 driver. Really hope he comes back to the 500.

“Solid privateer resurgence” is like 3 cars, at best. It’s still a dead class until it competes for overall wins.

Yes, they have more to lose. And thats not a bad thing. Russia has a history of jumpy, reactive behavior. Them having knowledge of what we are and aren’t up to keeps that reactionary behavior to a minimum. If we start hiding everything again, we could get right back into another cloak and dagger paranoia war.

came across this post 10 days later and would like to let you know that you are wrong

That’s all well and good, but once upon a time, everybody had a nice hat, and there were rules to follow. If you didn’t, people could instantly tell that you weren’t an upstanding member of society. Well, it’s time we bring those rules back.

This list is apparently limited to the options in Nanas cabinet.
