It’s alright. I take Lysine (it’s an over-the-counter pill) when I feel it (I crush it and put it in a milkshake because the pills are huge). That, combined with putting rubbing alcohal on it throughout the day really works.

With me, the one person who talk in circles for at least 5 minutes straight and everyone would look at me to interrupt him. The other person, within 3 seconds she said something stupid, wrong, or idiotic; everyone let me prove this person wrong because I enjoyed doing it.

It’s possible, but at the same time, do you carry interest over month to month (or after you submit you’re payment, you don’t have any interest left)? Realtor.com is pretty good. But only use those to get ideas of what to look for, and areas, and prices. The real MLS site that only real estate agents have access too is the best source.

Talk to a mortgage guy NOW. A lot of banks have special deals for first time home buyers, where you save money (deposit it into a special account), and they match 25% of it, up to a $7,500 match. I believe this is a federal program that banks offer. The catch is, is that you have to make the deposits over a 1 year…
