I like this. I say every 5-10 years we take the 64 worst criminals in America (e.g. Tsarnaev, etc.), and do a 64-man fight to the death tournament; winner gets to live in a luxury cell (for some incentive). Make it PPV, allow people to place bets, and sell tickets will also help us pay down debt.
