For that stupid term on the box-”art” alone, I wouldn’t even support it. If you’re a developer, you should be open to all system and be willing to bring your game to all players. Not condescend to console/PC-war. Not even first party studios of actual platform-holders do childish stuff like that.

Those are two different markets, you are comparing there. Oculus and HTC Vive are both meant to be luxury items and aim for a couple hundred thousand units sold. PSVR is meant to be a mainstream item, just like mobile VR alternatives and meant for a couple million units.

It’s not only Japan. Here in Europe, PSVR was out of stock for the last months, until today, as well.
