The PS4 gets much more silent if you open it up and clean it’s heatsink. And if you go out of your way to remove the heatsink and even replace the thermal paste, it’ll get very silent. Wipeoutin VR is a really good implementation. I already owned the game on PS Vita and PS3, but I bought it for PS4 after the VR patch came out.
