Gotta love condescending people, when they are poor in conveying what they intend... Yeah, I thought the same. There’s nothing there to show that it was supposed to be a joke.

Weeks after the fact? What are you talking about? I see an article that popped up as a recommended article, came to the site and replied.

Gotcha. However, your comment was being able to directly control the temp on the unit and about “being forced” to use a phone. You said nothing about looking at a display/readout. That’s a whole different argument. Which, in your example, makes total sense for you. My friend has a Joule and he keeps his phone’s screen…

I don’t understand the how that’s a big deal. That’s like saying my tv forces me to use a remote to change the channel. My TV only has an on-off button and a button for source choice on it. Everything else is on the remote.

HAHAHA. I like how he kept trying to shoot you down and be condescending, but he’s calling YOU aggressive and condescending. Especially when you kept saying “I get where your coming from, but I personally, etc...”

Agree with you. About a year and a half with my bluetooth headphones and never had a problem. Also, the ANT+ argument? If true, that’s SUCH a narrow argument. That’s like saying water is stupid for hydration because it freezes below 32 degrees F. Okay, maybe a shitty analogy, but you get my point.
Hahahahaha. Agreed.
What he said is the truth. So many people out there don’t know the difference between a Chrome OS vs a Windows OS vs Mac OS. None of us like it, but a LOT of people say things are Mac and everything else is PC.
Agreed. Although, there’s no point in arguing. You could prove all you want how inefficient Pebble is and how it’s not simple (You’re completely right that it’s idiot-proof, not simple), and they wouldn’t agree. A fan will often defend something to the death, even if you prove it to them. Pebble is a shitty UI. I…
To me, the Pebble Time Round is ugly as hell. Heck, everything Pebble makes is ugly to me. Elegance, it is not. It looks like they were trying SO HARD to make a round watch, but had to compromise and put a tiny screen into a giant bezel of a watch. And I agree with afijaymz1: navigating Pebble’s watches is a chore. It…
Exactly. Most people do not travel internationally. There’s no reason why they’d get a passport.
The camparison does NOT stand. That’s not even a valid comparison. Being attacked/murdered is NEVER okay, in any situation. A cliffhanger in a book, tv show, or movie is a choice in the writer’s mind. Which is ALWAYS okay. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. But it’s NEVER okay to be attacked or murdered. There is no…
HAHAHAHA. Yes, let’s just post links that don’t address the conversation (morality is a “field of study”). What profession specializes in morality? Where can I get a degree in that?
Seriously. I’ve never heard of a field of study focusing just on morals...
Hahaha. I’m reading this whole thread and can’t stop laughing. Sx90 clearly keeps dodging the point and bringing all these unrelated arguments. Either they just don’t get the point, or can’t accept it and need to flail about with other things.
Then that’s you. In all these comments, you’ve been stuanchly (in a very asshole-like manor) implicitly insisting that everyone who disagrees is a “fucking moron” because there MUST be sweating. Sorry, but I’m on beach cruiser almost every weekend doing about 14 miles. I don’t sweat. I’m on my e-bike and I don’t…
Hahaha. I think Sx90 lacks reading comprehension. Or, he doesn’t even understand the points he’s trying to argue about.
Nope. Not “dredging up.” Just responding because I just logged back on in a long time. I’m not on here all the time. And you’re bringing up points that have NOTHING to do with anything I’ve said... Yeah, you’re definitely a troll. Seriously, threating trails and parking automobile stalls... What does that have…
Actually, yes, I actually own an electric bicycle. And I regularly go 15-25 miles on the weekends. You sweat if you want to pedal your heart out. But you don’t HAVE to break a sweat. I could easily commute and not break a sweat. Just simple pedaling lightly does not cause sweat for everyone.
Reading all your replies, you really do come off like a troll. To this last comment: Did you read the article? Wes said that there was no real excretion with the electric bike. So, yeah, there’s definitely a chance of no sweating.
