Depends on the chick. Did you notice the bondage bed design?

Lorrrrrd I find Dany and Jon tedious. I'm glad we got Tyrion pointing out just HOW GOOD Jon looks brooding, because that seems to be his main role on this show. He pouts so prettily, is so earnest and sensitive, and to me seems unlikely to inspire the feudal confidence he is shown to have been given. He seems like a

Really enjoyed the episode but not another dead lesbians trope, sigh yawn. So decadent!

Oh no, "you are my weakness" could mean something like "I feel unpleasantly compromised by my attraction to you" which is pretty much what some people say when they don't want to be crushing on or entangled with someone else, finding their attraction an inconvenient problem of heart over head. That's not really

I didn't get a comic vibe either but then it cut to the pie. Which didn't make Jorah's pain any less horrifying, in fact more so I thought.

The extended universe stuff (books and audios) is often aimed at just adults, and so consequentially some of that is fully dark. Many adults don't like dark stuff of course, but since DW explores a lot of dark themes it's natural that without having to keep the kiddies in mind, it's going to take the brakes off

Uh yeah, it's always going to have a fuzzy hopeful glow about it, even in the midst of darkness. Even though DW is probably my favourite show, I go for other shows to get my quota of depressing grit.

History shows the Master always survives. Even when immolated, sucked into the vortex, shot by Daleks, etc etc. I didn't like Missy being killed either because *sniff* she was awesome, but the Master will be baaaaack.

He became my favourite Doctor on the strength of the audios, and I DESPISED the movie when it came out. Lots of fun. Only thing is you've got to pay for the audios or find some other means if you're short on cash.

extend my misery
aaah do yerself a favour and take a break from the show

it's tough being a white dude these days, especially as they get cast for everything.

Did it help him consolidate his career as the only path a man can? Well, according to him, probably.

I liked all of it but start with 1st of course.

Well, that would be great, because I'm side-eyeing the representation now, no matter what the overt narrative passes it off as.

I suppose having the day Wednesday named after Odin gives him some residual power. Especially on a Wednesday probably, just as Ostara gets more second-hand power at Easter.

Read book. Love Laura. Refreshing to see an unsympathetic female character who's not a villain. Literal fucking eyesore? Oh please. Attractive woman = good character or whuh.

Kar never quite landed for me as a character, & the Doctor seemed even more condescending than normal towards her. Eh. Also, the Pictish face paint distracted me because it looked so much like it had been doodled by interns with eyebrow pencils. Plot didn't make much sense but Doctor Who often charms you in lieu of

Lol that's how my lesbianism goes when I'm too busy to date, & mixing with the straights.

Calm down, Doctor Who takes a fuzzy optimistic view of gender relations. Think of how a "gritty" show would write a strange probably enemy woman in tight clothes falling into the hands of teenage soldiers.

I'm enjoying the meandering because this show really wants us to stop and smell the roses. It's a little mind-altering in that way, an experience that engages the senses more than the logic brain. I'd happily watch a bunch more episodes like this.
