@SnakeMXIM: If you don't have a pressure washer, it gets the grime and grease off better than the puny flow from a garden hose (even augmented with sprayer nozzle). And you can make sure to get the spots that the automated 'drive through' car washes always miss.
#4 - the Wassermann test was a test for syphillis, with a rating of 0 (none) to 4 (highly infectious).
@JamieStapleton: We've had that option at work for years, US$9.99 for the full package. We were recently sold, they just sent out an email saying the program would be continued with the new company.
@highwaykind: Even better to use a silicon spatula
@CaffineFreakUs: Growing porcelains and rocamboles this year, 7 varieties total. Can't wait to see what I get.
@rob.campeau: My HE front loading washer has a Pause button. Pushing it before the spin cycle will stop the machine and unlock the door. I've added articles during the wash cycle this way. Pushing the Pause button in the spin cycle will stop the machine, but on my model the door will not unlock for at least a minute…

I do similar for items I buy often. I usually have a 'set price' remembered, where I buy it if I see it under the set price, and only buy it over that price if I am out and really need it. I've found that at the warehouse club, some items never meet that price (soda) so it's cheaper for me to get them on sale at the…

@slip: Definitely good in the garden! Pole beans, peas, cucumbers and melons all do well trellised (just make sure the melons aren't the kind that 'slip' from the stem when ripe). Tomato (and pepper and eggplant) cages and supports. Also good for ornamental plants (tie up tall flower stems, cages for bushy…
The best time to hire it out? When my brother says "Aw c'mon, we'll knock it out in just one weekend", knowing full well the only thing that'll be knocked out by Sunday is him after a few 12-packs.
@vinylrake: I remember the one we had with the wire sled with the adjustable cutter, but instead of a tappy thing, we heated the cut with the burning end of a candle (yeah, real safe I know) and once it was all soot covered, run under cold water to crack the cut. About half the time we got edges with big gouges, or…
@Bane_Majik: Have to second the Cajun Trail mix goodness! One of the few reasons I'll ever venture into Wal-mart's grocery aisles.
A whopping 0.7! Mostly presentations and scientific papers I was referenced in and a few questions on 14.4 modems (that's been a while ago).
@Prairie Moon: HP Pavillion laptop running Windows Vista 32 bit. Motherboard fried, HP tech warned that drive would be reimaged when laptop was repaired, used Acronis (v. 10) and an external enclosure to back up drive. After laptop was repaired, attempted to restore backup and did not work. Consulted Acronis, they…
@lostarchitect: Yet, there is that empty, aching hole inside you that compels you to read articles about Facebook and comment on them... do not resist... you know what you need...
