Any advice for the Sentinel covenant and also it's adversary trophy? Those seem like a serious grind AND you have to get some wins which is dicey in Dark Souls 2.

Thats my Final arc exactly, diminishing returns after 7 til I finally finished X with a shrug. Couldn't get through 12 ( even though not finishing a game is practically heresy in my house ) and liked 13, but just as a friend. So the idea of getting juiced for a Final Fantasy is a little scary, like I don't remember

I, too, hate being sensible right now.

No reason to feel bad about the kinds of game you play. Some people play lots and lots of golf, which sort of represents the pinnacle of wisdom and wealth in America for some reason. I can't believe there's some big difference between walking on a lawn and pressing some shoulder buttons.

Good until rockets. You'll know what I mean

It was kind of weird it got rolled out very quietly.

Ah man don't get me excited for a Final Fantasy. I'm not sure my poor heart can take it.

Don't hit the morph ball button on accident til you've gotten through a few yoga classes

Yes! That pulsing driving soundtrack created a ton of tension without being schlocky

Love is Strange is definitely not as good as It Follows, in as much as you can compare a bowl of peanuts and a whale.

Played some Stealth Bastard, a light get to the exit puzzler with a threadbare corporate framing story and green light aesthetic that reminds me a lot of a Virus Named Tom. So far it's pretty fun, puzzles rarely involved much backtracking if you screw up and an array of switches, guards, and portals have kept things

Oh man, when you find the Ishimura mothballed it's like, fuck no I'm not going in there! I think DS2 was a better game but DS1 had that murder house vibe down pat.

I finished Sly 1 to 100% completion but 2 was such a departure I just lost all momentum.

I cracked Duet a couple months or so ago. Great example of a game that looks basically impossible at first but it quickly teaches you the patterns to survive and each new obstacle is basically a "concept". The look is clean and crisp too, like Hundreds. When these games get a little too busy (Osmos?) they're kind a

I tried GTO out this week. Don't know if you've popped the cork yet but it's basically a waiting area for matches where san andreas is the "lobby". Seems like it's more for social people to tool around in otherwise. So basically it's a fully realized Playstation Home

That game was super fiddly for me, between the boat and just basic attacks.

Yes, this. Stealth mechanics are janky because they're based on bizarre rules, like vision cones and sound travel, which you just don't know when you start. Why cut yourself off from half the content in the game and screw yourself into trial and error loops because you want to be perfect on your first run? Thats

Well I think we learned a little something about good intentions at least

It's not like the name doesn't perfectly capture the experience

Come on man, you can't just mention it and not give us a review. Once you're finished with it, we're all waiting for you to tell us what you rate the tv stand.
