The sad thing is, the Altima Coupe is a pretty damn good looking car for what it is. I really don't like the direction Nissan has taken with their styling overall, but I will admit to a hard lines / right angle bias. I'm just not sold on all of these flowing lines they've incorporated, ESPECIALLY when you add in the

They pretty much all suck, don't they? Aside from maximizing fuel efficiency they are pure hell and are in no way fun or cool.

So is the "Pathfinder" grille the new corporate face of the brand? I kind of hope so as I never really liked the tapered, crack baby hourglass thing that got put on the Altima and other cars.

That jetta was exactly what I was thinking. It's unobtrusive but still hints that there's something special going on. The best part is that you have to be paying attention to notice, and even if you do, it'll probably be gone before you can unrustle your own jimmies.

I also think they don't look right on these cars, but they have to differentiate it from the GTI, which now has dual exhaust but didn't used to. Or at least they think they have to differentiate it, but I would disagree.

Nothing the aftermarket can't fix, but at this price that's not a route you should need to take.

I think it would have been better without the car and the concrete block. Just the sign itself, with no other trappings or explanation.

I have nothing to add here so I'll just randomly mash some keys and see what comes out:

Well the gif is soundless and loops infinitely so there's that

The Despicable Mes are less likely to haunt your dream as well

I'm not disagreeing that NYC is an awesome place because I used to live there and I love the city, but I would be careful leaning on crime statistics in any argument:

Gah. Yes, the DIFFERENCE is huge as should be expected since that Rays wheel is like 5x the cost of the Rota version and is better made with better materials and processes.

Yes I know, but I'm talking about $/LB. Obviously I could get lighter wheels, like the damn Rays that are pictured, but for much higher prices.

I think they're trying to teach those people a lesson: If you complain, you're not gonna like the fixes.

I meant they aren't as lightweight as the versions they are knocking off (obviously) nor is the overall quality the same. But $/LB is maybe not so horrible:

Totally valid question, and I know I wouldn't. If you're just doing it to have fun, I'd rather stick with the much less expensive and still pretty damn good standard rotors and pads.

Are they really just unforgivably awful? I feel like the rota meme which Collins mentions above is doing a lot of negative marketing on their behalf, regardless of what the wheels are really like. People will just say "BUT JUST GOOGLE BROKEN ROTA WHEEL, BRO. YOU'LL SEE!" like it's the final word in quality.
