Don’t European motorways go around cities? If you do a trip on the Interstates anywhere in the Eastern US, you are pretty much forced to go right through many cities, which can really bring you to a standstill near rush hour. Really kills your ETA.
But hiding behind an overpass with a radar gun to enforce an artificially underposted speed limit is soo much easier!
