I second RegalAlien. I volunteer at an LGBTQ non-profit that also works with foster children, and foster agencies are always looking for homes that are lgbtq friendly. The kids get thrown out of foster homes, too, and end up needing a home that day.

Scary thing is that this put some kids in a genuinly dangerous situation since there are parents out there who, if they find out their kids ae not hetero, will have their kid sent to one of those abusive “camps” where they are forced to “pray the gay away”. The downplaying of this in the comment section is amazing. Dismissing this as just a troll is not the way to go, since Trump has been elected hate crimes have risen by a huge amount (yes even in New York). Minorities are feeling afraid and the “troll” who did this knows that.
