To add to what Justadumbremark said, in addition the story seemed to 'grow a foot' every time it was told. I've heard about it being crushed under a steamroller, mixed with concrete, and even a Wal-Mart was built on top of where it was dumped.

The thing is, 'healthy' is such a subjective term. My wife has celiac, and it's just easier to fix entire meals that are gluten-free rather than fix for us, then fix a separate meal for her.
