And not uncommon for small town kids to marry young. Even ones who escape the small town.
I always hated the things on their heads when I used to watch the show on Sci-Fi Channel. Shit, I think that's the show telling me I'm racist.
I find this pretty fascinating. I wonder who he's basing the character on? The only big American designer from that period is Main Bocher (I guess I assume PTA would only make a film about an American).
HULK HOGAN PLAYS THE BADDIE!
Remember Burger King Kids Club? Vid Kid and Wheels?
My daughter is 18 months old and any time there's a clown in a book she points and laughs at it, so I guess that's the audience. I'm keeping her away from storm drains.
She absolutely did.
I'm not big on Cline, I guess. He's obviously very talented, but I find a lot of his parts not terribly memorable. Tweedy had a Neil Young-like simplicity and fury to his lines. That said, Nels is brilliant live, obviously.
Sad to hear this, but then, I've found the songs on the last few Tweedy efforts have felt a little underwritten. I think I'm even further gone though, cause I think SBS is their last great one. That said, they're still one of my favorites and I'll always be interested to hear anything he does.
Yeah, I kinda wish he'd stayed the lead guitarist, at least for another few albums. I loved what he was doing.
I wasn't a fan of Star Wars. The Whole Love has some good songs but hasn't held up that well for me. It's definitely better than Wilco (The Album) though. Sky Blue Sky is the last great album they made imo. That said, their live show is better than ever. I have high hopes for this one.
Richards told a Seinfeld writer who gave him a ride home from the set to turn off the radio so he didn't have to be subjected to subliminal messages. He's a weird guy.
Agreed. That movie was a wasted opportunity, but she was easily the highlight.
I think so. That Dr. John album was good though.
I didn't, but don't think I wasn't proud of myself when I noticed it.
Heath bar is super good.
Elaine, no, but George not being Jewish seems like some sort of network compromise considering all the actors in the Costanza family are Jewish and it's based on Larry David.
Could you explain what you mean? I find this take puzzling.
Oh right, I do remember him now!
