Her husband is Christopher Alf, I believe:

I think you’re on the right path, but take it a step further. Create an Elvis themed AirBNB somewhere near Graceland, and just park the plane on the same property, and call it a lounge. There’s no need to create sleeping quarters, or make anything functional - it’d just be a spot to take pictures, and listen to Elvis

It’s at death’s door, Elvis may not have even used it, and it would take a fortune to make it fly again.

They have better examples already, and it doesn’t seem like Elvis ever really used this one. If you haven’t got picture of the King himself getting into and out of it, it’s just another plane.

I want to be a collector of Merkurs and Edsels.

AGVs have been used in automotive assembly plants for a long time now.  Typically they are carrying individual components to the assembly line in a just-in-time manner.  Adapting use for vehicles is a next logical step.

Maybe pick this fraud to prosecute. This time he's stolen government money, not private peoples money.

I just think they missed an opportunity by not locating HQ in Boring Oregon.

Not only do they exist, the ultra-fast machines are State of the Art!

I agree with you on nuclear being the current most viable large scale “green” energy source. There’s usefulness in wind, multiple forms of hydro or solar where the local environment/resources permit but it’s likely much more applicable to direct electricity generation not reformation into some transportable storage

The trouble is ammonia is not a very friendly product to handle; especially in transportation. Ammonia is corrosive to organic tissue and asphyxiation is a very real risk should a leak occur.

Good. For once a rich asshole faces the consequences of their own actions. I am literally ashamed of myself that at one time I had respect for this guy. It makes me truly wonder how his awful behavior was kept out of the public’s eye for so long. Because people don’t become assholes over night. He has probably always

According to this, Rice University has achieved hydrogen catalysis from ammonia using inexpensive materials, opening up the possibility producing hydrogen at the point of use. https://newatlas.com/energy/light-catalyst-ammonia-rice/

Now playing

For the production of hydrogen to be green, it has to be produced using nuclear power. Specifically, using an HTGR reactor - something that’s only now coming online in Japan. Confusingly, that kind of “green” technology is called “red hydrogen.”

My bet is they'll never make it that way. Elon will hand wave something about regulators are so mean, so now here's a Honda Ridgeline with batteries.

4D chess move from Elon here: he now has TWO dumpster fires with which to distract you... he’ll have them synchronized to flare up when the other needs the spotlight shifted away.

This is like the world’s longest running joke.

I still don’t think anybody is going to cross-shop this with an F-150 or Silverado. It’s a goofy, 80s-style video game car for Musk fanboys. And hey, it’s probably not really significantly more useless than a lot of SUV/CUVs roaming the roads, but it’s not really a truck.  No one’s going to haul lumber in this thing.

100% have you seen how poorly Musk’s management is being reflected on twitter?

Tesla stock needed another bump, eh? We’ve seen this one before.
