Exactly. Also, if I were deaf in one ear, I’d be EXTRA careful on train tracks. I’m already paranoid about unprotected railroad crossings as it is, no way would I be driving over one without stopping to look if I knew I’d be unable to hear a train coming.
They could have used an existing platform and given it a refresh like the Nissan Z, and come up with something both affordable and desirable. I wish they had.
