Welcome to the club, Corvette!

I’ve owned mine for two years without so much as a hiccup. I certainly can’t say the same for the last VW that I had.

One magazine getting a dud is just an anecdote. But it makes a good narrative for bloggers who need clicks.

The myth of Alfa reliability issues is just that, a myth. Plenty of BMW, VWs, Mercedes, etc. are worse—but once a narrative takes hold, bloggers and commenters stick with it. So while I agree that the Guilia is your best choice, I’ll go with the Lexus RC.

Not gonna lie—your combo actually looks good

This is what I like about the C8 — they’re really making it a palette for personalization.

NFC is a way of communicating with your phone, similar to Bluetooth.

I remain impressed with just how good-looking the C8 can be with body-colored accents and a more conservative color.

So you were at Radwood NorCal! Will we be getting a full article?

Seven of the greatest? Possibly, but seven of the most beautiful?

It’s almost as though many of those “passive safety features” regulators are enamored with are less safe than actually paying attention and being a good driver!

Car designers really need to embrace their sensors instead of trying to hide them. Start building designs with complete starship-style array dishes, sensor probes jutting out like weapons, great big semiopaque panels that light up and even do a little KITT-style sweep as they go down the road.

Saleen’s new demo team really expresses the car well

Oh look the poors are at it again

I already know exactly what the last five characters of my C8 VIN will be…

You’re right that the general trend at the moment is bloated, lumpy cars with unnecessary creases and lines. Today’s bulges and angles are yesterday’s tailfins.

Agreed, definitely a high point.

Except neither of those is ugly for its era.

And how did they go from the quiet elegance of the past…

Now playing

Let’s be clear, it was using about 12 horsepower to do this.
