What twist? I don't recall a twist.

We can’t really speculate on how a true directors’ cut might differ from the theatrical cut.

I co-run the Super Mario Bros. The Movie Archive and hired Gilchrist.

Because the workprint is open-matte and only the VHS release is also open-matte.

That wasn't originally intended at all. It was an addition made by the editor.

There’s an incredible amount of color in the film! You must've been watching the VHS or DVD!

Did your friend ever claim this bet?

I noticed the second missing woman as well! You’re only the second person I’ve seen online to have noticed it. Bewildering.

What about Donald Faison as Professor Utonium?

I made the same point: these are “Goofus and Gallant” type characters who are meant to never learn or grow.

Some characters don’t need to develop. Goofus and Gallant certainly never do either for exactly the same reason: they and Pepé le Pew are simple moral archetypes.

You should give it a chance. The final season was so good in multiple ways: it mostly resolved the series mythology, it had a lot of early season-style monster of the week episodes, and it provided satisfying closure for the main characters.

I felt the ending was incredibly touching and above all else fitting. There were so many thematic callbacks to the original 5 seasons, so the final 5 seasons had a lot of poignant story symmetry.

The extended workprint of Super Mario Bros. adds a lot to the experience!

Mandatory conscription is wrong in every nation, and most especially in both Israel and Korea.

Any Israeli citizen is free to take the principled stand against apartheid and go to jail.

You’re completely ignoring learning disorders such as dyslexia.

It does.

I like how you completely ignore my message in favor of a misspelled word. You’re part of the problem.

We shouldn’t be praising anyone for being in the Israeli Armed Forces, let alone the desensitizing nature of having served.
