That's my favorite part of Baselworld every year as well, but alas, the auto shows have been less friendly to me. Maybe I just need to get to know the right people, seems like a tougher scene to break into.

The cynicism is tough to stomach, but I agree there seems to be little in the way of meaningful press engagement.

They hate everyone. I turned up at their booth yesterday and they flat out ignored me (I am a member of the press).

No need really; Preuninger himself makes the argument that the car should have had a clutch pedal from 0:39 to 1:15 in the video. I couldn't put it any better myself. Those shifts do have a nice ring to them, however.
